Inside Out 2 continues to dominate the domestic box office in its third weekend with an impressive $57.4 million, bringing its global total to over $1 billion in just 19 days. It’s now the fastest animated film to reach this milestone and the first movie of the year to surpass $1 billion. A Quiet Place: Day One also had a big weekend, earning a franchise-best opening of $53 million to secure second place. On the other hand, Kevin Costner’s Horizon: An American Saga – Chapter One, had a disappointing debut with only $11 million. Bad Boys 4 earned $10.3 million in its fourth weekend, and the Hindi movie Kalki rounded out the top five with $5-6 million. (THR)
