Taylor Swift’s The Tortured Poets Department is spending its 10th consecutive week as the number one album on the Billboard 200 chart. TTPD becomes the third overall record by Swift to spend double-digit weeks at No. 1, joining 1989 and Fearless, which both spent 11 weeks on top of the charts. Swift becomes just the fifth artist in music history to have three or more albums spend 10 or more weeks at No. 1, alongside Whitney Houston (three albums, between 1986-93), the Beatles (four, 1964-67), the Kingston Trio (three, 1959-69) and Elvis Presley (four, 1956-61).
Two strong debuts reached the Billboard Top 5 this week, as Gracie Abrams‘ The Secret of Us reaches No. 2, her first top 10-charting record of her career. And Peso Pluma notches his second ever top five release with Éxodo reaching No. 5. The rest of the Top 5 features Morgan Wallen’s One Thing At A Time at No. 3 and Billie Eilish’s Hit Me Hard and Soft at No. 4. (Billboard)
