Conan O’Brien has joined the cast of Toy Story 5 as the voice of a character named Smarty Pants. The upcoming installment will reportedly explore the challenges faced by Buzz, Woody, and friends as they adapt to modern technology. The film is set for June 19, 2026. FKA twigs is reportedly in talks to portray Josephine Baker in an upcoming biopic directed by Maïmouna Doucouré and endorsed by Baker’s sons. Latonya Pottain, known from My 600-Lb. Life, passed away at 40 from congestive heart failure. She had been experiencing health challenges and backlash following her appearance on the show, leading to depression and fear of weight loss surgery. Sony has picked up SWAT Exiles, a spin-off of the long-running action series SWAT. The sequel, starring Shemar Moore reprising his role as “Hondo” Harrelson, consists of 10 episodes. This announcement follows the conclusion of SWAT last year after eight seasons on CBS. No network has yet been attached to SWAT Exiles. (Variety)
