The Wiggles “do not support or condone the use of drugs in any form,” a spokesperson said after members appeared in a TikTok video set to musician Keli Holiday’s song “Ecstasy.” Anthony Field (Blue Wiggle) and Dominic Field (Tree of Wisdom) filmed backstage content with Holiday at Sydney’s TikTok Awards on November 26th, but were unaware their footage would be used with the drug-themed track. “The content being shared was not created or approved by us, and we have asked for it to be removed,” the spokesperson told The Guardian. Holiday’s song includes lyrics “Hey girl come and dance with me/You and your pocket full of ecstasy.” The spokesperson clarified that “while Keli Holiday (Adam Hyde) is a friend of the Wiggles, the video and the music added to it were created independently and without our knowledge.” Holiday has since deleted the controversial TikTok video.
